Important Details

  • Non-refundable Retainer Fee: please note that the retainer fee is charged for our services and is not refundable. If you choose to terminate this agreement, this amount is non-refundable. The fee is due upon signing the Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement (EBBA) by all buyers and tenant applicants.
  • Compensation: In some cases, the owner of a property may be unable or unwilling to compensate for our services we provide to you. If this occurs, you would be responsible for covering these costs. Compensation is in addition to the non-refundable retainer fee.
  • Agreement Duration: Our agreement is valid for three months. However, you can terminate or extend it at any time by simply notifying us in writing via email. A conditional termination is as set forth in the Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement (EBBA).
